Creating Root Cause Analysis for Critical Incidents reported and prepare the documentation for new issues identified.
Detailed Job description.
• Database Management.
Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle 12c and 19c databases.
Monitor and optimize database performance.
Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery.
• Support and Maintenance.
Provide technical support for Oracle 12c and 19c database issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related problems.
Apply patches and perform upgrades to ensure database security.
• Data Integrity and Security.
Ensure data integrity and security measures are in place.
Manage user access and permissions.
• Database Development.
Assist in database design and development.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
• Performance Tuning.
Analyze database performance and implement tuning techniques.
Monitor and optimize query performance.
• Documentation and Reporting.
Maintain database documentation, including configurations, procedures, and support logs.
Generate reports and provide insights on database performance and issues.
• Collaboration.
Work with application developers, system administrators, and other IT staff to support database needs.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
