SSE-BUSINESS ANALYST

Position Description.
Exp - 5-6 years experience.
Brief Description.
This is an opportunity for a driven Business Analyst to join us and make a tangible impact at our CoE team.
Candidate should have experience in requirements gathering and documenting.
Should have experience in writing Business Solution and Functional Design Documents/ Software Requirement Specifications (FD/SRS)/Product Requirement Documentations (PRD).
The Analyst ensures that the solutions provided for underlying business requirements are aligned to high-level business and Data & Analytics outcomes.
The Analyst also co-ordinates and ensures complete understanding of business requirements and other hand-offs with business/Analytics team.
Business Analysts’ Responsibilities.
• Leading the requirements gathering phase and the solution design activity (both business and functional analysis).
• Supporting the IT strategy and roadmap definition.
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the stakeholders.
• Create detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and use cases to facilitate the development of digital products.
• Prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog with the support of the Product Owners/Product Managers.
• Measure product usage behavior to drive product excellence.
• Clearly communicating the business requirements to the IT team.
• Elaborating the functional solution, which includes the IT architecture, IT functional logic, data modeling approach, and integration (interface) solutions.
• Providing further support in the implementation, testing, and deployment activities of concerned projects.
• Determining strategies that plays a key role in defining the most optimal solution.
• Assisting in the elaboration of documents and in its evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and data science, to ensure alignment on decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Business Analysts’ Requirements.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering streams with experience in cloud and data analysis, can also be considered given the relevance of work experience (mentioned above) • A minimum of 5years of experience working in Application Support/Client Management/BA roles • Strong understanding on data analysis domain with proven work experience in SaaS based products.
• Must have excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Should understand the requirements engineering process.
• Hands on experience of collecting and documenting business requirements, use cases/Epics and business flows.
• Strong data analysis, modeling, and prototyping skills Excellent client facing skills and the ability to work/communicate with clients/stakeholders to develop and interpret business requirements Skills.
