Full Time Looking for a talented, versatile and hands-on Functional Payments Expert to develop and deliver innovative payments solutions.
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of the payments industry trends, bank processing, payment security and transaction models.
It is important that the candidate has strong business acumen, positive work ethics and a collaborative mindset.
The role involves working as a Functional Analyst to play a vital role in the CGI All Payments solution.
The candidate will manage various day-to-day client functional change requests, user story grooming, SIS updates, generate test scenarios, conduct test reviews and overall functional management of the CGI solution.
MUST HAVE SKILLS.
• Experience in Software life cycle (SDLC) • Payments knowledge and experience • Experience in Payments related software development projects or products • Working experience with at least two Clearing systems in different countries • Working experience with product / project implementation in medium or large scale bank • Good communication skills to directly and independently interact with clients for gathering requirement & getting a Sign-Off and be comfortable interacting with developers.
• Create/Update SIS/DIS/DFS as per requirement.
• Grooming of User Story for Acceptance and System Testing.
• Come-up with Test Scenarios, Test Execution review.
• Functional Analysis and resolving service requests regarding its functionality with respect to resolving production/UAT issues.
• UML modelling skills, ideally in Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Usage of Tools like JIRA, X-Ray, EA.
• Experience with service management (Web Services, REST API, Messaging), development, integration, deployment.
• Good knowledge on technical aspects of software products/projects (interfaces, connectivity, databases, Application servers, Middleware, Archive / Purge) • Product development experience in technical design, and development.
• Proficiency in Technical Analysis including code reviews, test case reviews or deep dive into user flows with client.
• Multi-vendor integration design including infrastructure experience.
• Solid understanding of architectural consideration such as high-volume, performance, security, scalability, reliability etc.
• Proven experience of in both real time transaction processing as well as non-real time asynchronous processing.
• Good conceptual and technological understanding of contemporary concepts as well as cloud computing, Big Data etc.
• Deep knowledge and passion around emerging payments technologies and their potential to change commerce.
• Functional Expertise on following areas - SWIFT MT / MX, ISO Messages, Regulatory Requirements, Working Knowledge on any of the international Payments Clearing System • Knowledge of SWIFT, NACHA, SEPA, SEPA Instant, FED • Basic Knowledge in Clearing systems in Europe, Canada, US • Site implementation experience of any popular payment products (Fundtech, Clear2Pay) • Product technology roadmap activities and DevOps strategies • Integration of medium to large scale projects within bank infrastructure • Experience with Oracle Weblogic or IBM Websphere is desirable.
• Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes is desirable.
• Experience of working with Agile methodology.
