YOUR MISSION As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners & Brands team.
You will be directly handling the relationship with our top chain partners and you will be responsible for the growth, operational excellence, and all the marketing plans.
You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants in your city.
THE JOURNEY Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews) Lead negotiations with top country and top city accounts; Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically.
Be proactive and data driven enough in order to improve operational KPIs with partners Be able to prepare deep dive analysis on Glovo’s business topics Works based on systematic planning, makes a deep analysis of available information and designs action steps.
Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promotions, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling).
Achieve your Quarterly Targets (Growth, Revenue, Ops, Commercial).

Increase Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling Glovo’s assets Ability to solve objections and manage to negotiate terms and timings with people and partners Interact with other areas (operations, marketing, finance) to make sure that we are giving best possible service to your partners Organize schedule in advance leaving time for deep dive tasks and for meetings with partners WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE At least 4 years of experience in high-performance account management and/or business consultancy; preferably in on-demand delivery, FMCG or food-hospitality industry Bachelor in Business Administration or Engineering.
Ability to comfortably work in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Excellent local language and English skills.
Strong commercial expertise with ability to conduct business and sales presentations.
Strong negotiation skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
Previous experience leading a Jr Account Manager will be highly valued.
