SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Position Description.
Looking for a self-motivated solutions architect to join our team at CGI.
Learn and implement new technology and advanced analytical tools in a cooperative encouraging environment.
Looking for a leader who can guide projects through the entire life cycle from planning to implementation.
This position is located in our Arlington, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Help design and architect analytic solutions government customers.
• Lead small teams to deploy, update, and modernize applications and platforms.
• Work with security to accredit new environments, update SSPs, and complete • Notifications of Change for security boundary updates.
• Mentor and train junior members on technical and consulting skills.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Strong team development and organizational skill sets.
• Linux administration certification • Experience interacting with clients, stakeholders, and executives.
• Experience in using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Experience in communicating both written and verbally to clients and associates.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required.
• Configuration Management tools such as Puppet, Salt, Chef.
• DevOps • Experience with federal SAFe Aglie development • Containerization and Virtualization experience.
