SOLAR DESIGN ENGINEER

Requirements.
• Master's degree in Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; • 1-2 years of experience in solar photovoltaic design, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, with a focus on electrical and mechanical design.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software incl.
AutoCAD, SketchUp or PVsyst.
• Familiarity with solar photovoltaic system components, including modules, inverters, and racking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities.
• Assist with the design and development of solar photovoltaic systems, including site assessments, system sizing, and component selection.
• Create and review detailed design drawings and specifications for solar photovoltaic systems.
• Conduct system performance analysis, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.
