YOUR MAIN TASKS As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of Pestana Hotel Group’s social media strategy.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Forge and execute the brand’s communication strategy across social media channels.
Oversee the collaboration with our agency partner, ensuring the brand’s social media strategy is effectively implemented.
Craft detailed briefings for content production, encompassing creative direction and scheduling.
Monitor and evaluate the brand’s digital footprint on each platform.
Liaise with brand management team to regularly discern key communication themes and brand requirements.
Cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators, managing the entire process from outreach to campaign analysis.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Human Resources, and the Marketing and Communications teams, to facilitate cohesive content development.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A specialization in Social Media or Digital Marketing is highly desirable.
Must be conversant with the latest digital trends and social media technologies.
Outstanding writing and editorial abilities.
A creative thinker who also exhibits meticulous attention to detail.
Proven organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration across various company divisions.
Proficient in data analysis to refine and optimize outreach strategies.
