Social Media Manager for Online Couples Workshops We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to build, manage, and grow our social media presence for our new online couples workshops.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media marketing, and the ability to translate our mission into a dynamic and engaging online presence.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Social Media Strategy & Management • Create and manage social media pages across all major platforms.
LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Develop and implement a content calendar, with 2-3 posts per week per platform.
• Monitor platform analytics and provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Content Creation • Design and post visually appealing, branded content including images, videos, reels, and carousel posts.
• Craft compelling captions and utilize effective hashtags to maximize engagement.
• Develop and repurpose content from workshops, testimonials, and promotional materials to share across platforms.
3.
Marketing & Promotion • Strategically promote our virtual couples workshops and events across platforms.
• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns (if applicable) to boost visibility and registrations.
• Collaborate on email marketing campaigns to align social media efforts with other promotional strategies.
4.
Community Engagement • Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with followers, potential workshop attendees, and relevant influencers or partners.
5.
Branding & Visibility • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and branding across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and platform updates to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers, therapists, and relationship coaches for potential collaborations.
Qualifications • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the wellness, education, or online event space.
• Proficiency in major social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling platforms like Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer.
• Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills.
• Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills • Graphic design experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of SEO and website integration for driving traffic from social platforms.
• Familiarity with relationship-focused or wellness-related content.
Expectations & Deliverables • Build and fully optimize all social media accounts.
• Post consistently and strategically to drive engagement and workshop signups.
• Track and report on KPIs (follower growth, engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates).
• Drive brand awareness and position our workshops as a leading resource for couples seeking growth.
