We help real estate agents boost their online presence and generate leads through targeted social media strategies, premium content creation, and ad campaigns.
Job Description.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to execute our premium service package for real estate clients.
You will be responsible for managing social media on 3 platforms, creating high-quality content, running comprehensive ad campaigns, and providing weekly reports.
Responsibilities.
• Manage social media accounts on 3 platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or others) • Create 24 posts per month across all platforms, including.
• Premium images • Engaging texts/captions • Videos (both short-form and long-form) • Custom graphics • Design and implement comprehensive ad campaigns to generate leads for real estate agents • Monitor and optimize ads for performance • Provide weekly reports on content performance, campaign metrics, and engagement levels • Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectives Requirements.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably in the real estate or related industries) • Expertise in content creation (images, videos, graphics, and text) • Experience running and optimizing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns • Strong knowledge of social media trends and algorithms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) • Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus What We Offer.
