You will focus on growing the company's Instagram presence, achieving audience growth targets, and driving quality engagement.
This role involves creating content tailored to our niche, optimizing posts for performance, and ensuring a seamless connection between the audience and the products we promote.
Key Responsibilities.
Content Creation.
- Produce and post one high-quality piece of content daily, including images, reels, or carousel posts, aligned with the brand's tone and values.
- Highlight the unique selling points of affiliate products in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Audience Growth.
- Strategically increase Instagram followers to meet key benchmarks.
- Use organic methods such as hashtag optimization, collaborations, and interactive content to attract a relevant audience.
Engagement & Community Management.
- Drive a minimum engagement rate of 3% by fostering genuine interactions with followers.
- Respond promptly to comments and direct messages, ensuring a positive user experience.
Performance Monitoring.
- Use analytics tools to track the engagement and reach of posts.
- Provide weekly reports detailing follower growth, engagement rates, and the performance of affiliate product campaigns.
Collaboration.
Suggest and implement strategies to improve conversions, ensuring products meet their full sales potential.
Market Research.
- Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends and competitors' strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Understand the target audience's preferences to create tailored content and engagement strategies.
Success Metrics.
- Achieving audience growth targets.
- Maintaining an engagement rate of at least 3%.
- Driving traffic to affiliate product pages and achieving high conversion rates.
The payment is by commission scheme, there is no fixed salary or minimum payment.
The payment is purely what is generated with the campaign on social networks.
You will be awarded 10% of the total commissions generated by sales in a month.
IMPORTANT.
It is only for commission, there is no payment adjustment or similar.
