The role will primarily involve managing my emails, coordinating my calendar, and overseeing communications on Slack.
Key Responsibilities.
- Email Communication.
You'll be handling correspondence related to the events, including invitations, RSVPs, and other communications.
- Calendar Management.
Keeping track of important dates, deadlines, and meetings related to the events.
- Slack Coordination.
You'll be responsible for overseeing our Slack communications, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Specific Tools.
- Prior experience with certain tools is required, though I can provide details of these upon further discussion.
Ideal Candidate.
- Must have previous experience in event coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience handling social events is a plus.
- Must be tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
- Strong organizational skills are a must.
