Job Description.
Job Overview • Experience in SOC management • Experience in SDM role • Ability to work directly with customers for incident management • Strong time management and leadership skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Good knowledge of best practice standards and procedures regarding SOC and infrastructure security • Ability to present the KPI and metrics to customers • Strong people management skills • Drive SOC improvement plans for response time improvement, eliminate false positives etc • Ensure SLA compliances, process adherence, process improvement to meet operational objectives Behavioral Competencies.
• Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements • Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written) • Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams • Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services • Ability to plan, prioritise and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player • Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies Note.
