Could you be the full-time onsite Site Facility & General Services Manager in bursa we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your facility management expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the functionality and efficiency of our industrial site.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Operations, Safety, and Finance), ensuring optimal layout and maintenance of the site according to evolving needs, and much more.

Planning and coordinating the daily operations of facilities and services Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues related to facilities and services, and reporting on the status of service operations Manage factory Catering, Shuttles activities for employees Manage cleaning & security teams Manage company’s car fleet To carry out follow-up and transactions related to official institutions and organizations (such as municipalities, ministries, notaries, consulates, etc), To support procurement team and contract tracking processes related to his/her field of activities Manage budgets on his/her field of activities Supporting reporting processes in factories, Manage electricity, gaz, telecom, water subscriptions, spent, etc Supporting the execution of processes related to company vehicles (service, contract, insurance, etc.), To monitor and manage materials (stationeries, Kitchen, etc) in common areas.

Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, Experience or understanding of industrial maintenance and facilities management, Knowledge of budget management and cost optimization, Familiarity with industrial flow and space allocation processes, Proven leadership skills in managing teams and projects, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication and negotiation skills with service providers, Certification in Project Management or Facilities Management is a plus, Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic industrial environment Fluent in English both speaking and writing Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
