Description A General Maintenance will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas.
Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included.
A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.
ualifications A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.

ust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust have valid Driver's license and meet resort driving standardsMust be able to drive guests safely in extreme weather conditions (rain, wind, fog)Must understand the usage of hand tools and some power tools.

Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis;While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, heat);Must be able to climb stairs occasionally, both indoors and outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, heat).
