The GUI should enable users to.
- Track key documents across multiple folders - Retrieve and combine those documents with automated formatting - Distribute a template file to all folders Key features for document tracking include alerts for files once submitted and approved by the user.
The automated formatting should be customized headers and footers for retrieved documents.
Essential skills for this project include experience with SharePoint, GUI development for Windows, and knowledge of automated document formatting.
Understanding of version history, last accessed time, and modification alerts is a plus..
