SHAREPOINT ADMIN

Position Description.
Key Responsibilities.
• Migration Management.
Plan and execute migrations from on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online using ShareGate and PowerShell scripts.
• System Configuration.
Install, configure, and upgrade SharePoint systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• User Management.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within SharePoint Online.
• Content Management.
Develop and manage content databases and site collections, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Technical Support.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Automation.
Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and streamline processes.
• Documentation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint policies, procedures, and user guides.
• Collaboration.
Work closely with developers, network administrators, and other IT staff to deploy custom SharePoint solutions and resolve issues.
• Training.
Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of SharePoint features.
• Security.
Ensure the security and stability of the SharePoint environment, addressing any performance, availability, or capacity issues.
Preferred Skills.
• Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and integrations.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery operations for SharePoint environments.
• Knowledge of SharePoint development and customization.
