We are looking for an Amazing: Services manager Seniority: Senior (5+ years) Type of position: Hybrid model Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have: Proven experience in the implementation and configuration of ITSM platforms. Knowledge of IT service management workflows. Experience with process automation and scripting. Ability to develop monitoring reports and dashboards. Knowledge of best practices in security and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and experience in user training. To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus): Certifications in ITIL, ITSM, or related fields. Experience with tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
