Services manager Seniority.
Senior (5+ years) Type of position.
Hybrid model Lisbon.
Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have.
- Proven experience in the implementation and configuration of ITSM platforms.
- Knowledge of IT service management workflows.
- Experience with process automation and scripting.
- Ability to develop monitoring reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of best practices in security and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in user training.
To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus).
- Certifications in ITIL, ITSM, or related fields.
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps.
