ServiceNow Developer (m/f) - Remote What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture • Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog) • Additional must require experience is on HR Module, Service Portal, Agent workspace, Virtual agent, Dynamic Translation, NLU and SecOps.
• Working knowledge of relational databases • Encourages fellow team members to make innovative contributions and embrace ideas • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery • A minimum of 4 years of experience with/in the following.
• Implementing, configuring and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) • Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3) • Experience with ServiceNow configuration(s) and formatting data for the CMDB • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
• Application UI Configuration • Workflow Configuration • Data Import and Management • Development of required requested specific reporting • Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc) • Preferred.
Service now Admin Certification • Preferred.
