Experience.
- Experiences with service requests creation and modification, service portal widget and customizations; - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules; - Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT asset management best practices.
Technical Skills.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and UI customization; - Understanding of API integrations and automation within ServiceNow; - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required, Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITSM-related certifications preferred; - Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using APIs and automation tools; - Experience with Flow Designer and Automation; - Fluent in English.
