IRM (Integrated Risk Management, SecOps (Security Incidents), CMDB, Entities Mgmt., Controls, Audit Management Information Security technologies, Database and application security, Network Architecture, Database /Application /Network Layer Secure Protocols, Physical and Environmental Security, mobile & cloud security concepts XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP Proficient in building and mapping business requirement into ServiceNow Platform Experience on IT Risk Management (IRM / GRC) solutions (ServiceNow, Enablon, Archer or other GRC Systems) Strong skills in ServiceNow notions.
ITSM, CMDB, Workflows, Access Control, Reporting, Performance Analytics, Flow designer Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to think globally Skills.
