SERVER ENGINEER - MINICLIP

In one line, your job will be to work on the server-side components that power this DMP, interconnect them, develop new features, and ensure their reliability and correctness, together with the rest of the team.
Collaborating closely with the Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams to build solutions for Miniclip’s data ingestion and reporting platform.
Implementing infrastructure provisioning solutions using Terraform.
Developing backend components using Golang.
Building and maintaining Jenkins pipelines.
Participating in on-call duties for these services.
Implementing observability and monitoring solutions to ensure service reliability.
What are we looking for? 2+ years of experience with Golang.
1+ years of experience with Terraform.
Proficiency in unit testing and end-to-end testing.
Experience with Jenkins Pipelines and Git.
Strong experience in building complex system architectures.
Solid experience working on AWS.
Deep understanding of Linux systems, including performance analysis and optimization.
Familiarity with networking protocols and optimization practices.
Commitment to rapid iteration, high code quality, and continuous improvement through agile processes, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
A scientific and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
A willingness to learn and a humble posture aligned with our values.
Bonus Skills (Nice to have).
Background in Data Engineering or Data Analytics.
Proven experience in migrating complex systems to new technologies.
