Senior Windows Systems Engineer Location.
Porto | Hybrid Language.
English (B2) What You’ll Do.
• Participate in Team Discussions.
Engage in conversations about operations and project topics.
• Continuous Improvement.
Drive the ongoing enhancement and high availability of IT systems to support the business.
• Policy Definition and Application.
Develop and enforce corporate policies to standardize systems and ensure information security.
• Issue Diagnosis and Resolution.
Diagnose and resolve user and IT system issues, providing both technical and functional support.
• Technical Solution Design.
Design and implement technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Incident Management.
Manage incidents by investigating, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring resolution.
• Knowledge Development.
Enhance knowledge of existing tools to facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a systems administrator.
• PowerShell Scripting.
Ability to develop and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Office365 Administration.
Experience administering Office365 services, including Azure, Exchange Online (Hybrid), SharePoint, and Teams.
• M365 Security Features.
Knowledge of managing Microsoft security portal features.
• Microsoft Roles.
Proficiency in multiple Microsoft roles (e.
., print servers, file sharing, Remote Desktop Services).
• Ironport.
Experience with Cisco Ironport technology (good to have).
• Citrix.
Experience with Citrix environments (good to have).
