SENIOR TEST DATA ENGINEER

• Strategy Development.
Define and implement the test data management strategy to align with project objectives.
• Test Data Governance.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (e.
., GDPR, HIPAA) while managing test data.
• Data Identification.
Identify and source relevant test data from production environments or synthetic generation.
• Data Masking and Anonymization.
Implement data masking and anonymization techniques to protect sensitive information.
• Test Data Automation.
Develop automated processes for test data provisioning, management, and cleanup.
• Environment Coordination.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure test environments are available and properly configured.
• Data Refresh and Maintenance.
Regularly refresh, maintain, and version test data to ensure its relevance for ongoing testing activities.
• Collaboration.
Work closely with testing, development, and DevOps teams to ensure test data needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Issue Resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve test data-related issues to minimize disruptions in testing.
• Reporting and Metrics.
Provide regular reports on test data availability, usage, and quality, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
