Full Time Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for one or more of the following applications.
ITAM, CSM, GRC, SPM, or HRSD.
(Certification on these applications are preferred) • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and implement bug fixes efficiently.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Follow Agile methodology and DevOps processes in ServiceNow application development and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and coding standards.
• Guiding and coaching the junior team members • Participating in full life cycle development, including business analysis, systems documentation, coding, unit testing and quality control, deployment and support • Ensuring development documentation is maintained and accurate • Ensuring adherence to the Release and Change process Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI/UX customization, and Service Catalog development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, CMDB, Discovery, and MID Servers.
• Familiarity with Agile principles, DevOps Methodology.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Education.
