Lead Analyst or Senior Systems Engineer Experience.
7-10 Years Category.

Full Time Qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities.
8+ Years of Experience with implementing solutions for ServiceNow or similar ITIL implementations.
Working knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules.
Candidate should be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, provide solutions leadership, content and governance to consulting initiatives and projects.
Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
Good project co-ordination skills.
Must-Have Skills.
Good hands-on experience on ServiceNow integration with other application systems using SOAP REST Experiencing on Discovery and Orchestration would be an added advantage and attention to details · Knowledge in API design & implementation and systems integration Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages with Web Technologies.
Ability to multitask and effective time management skills Experience of implementation of best practices where ITSM tools technologies are applicable.
eep knowledge of ITSM Framework and ITIL Hands-on with ServiceNow and ability to train rest of the team for various technical roles (SystemAdmin, Developer, Implementation Specialist..) required for ServiceNow implementation.
Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles.
ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience.
Good-to-Have Skills.
Good to have Networking background.
