Job Description Fusion Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4Hana Manufacturing Consultant to join our team.
This role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP S/4 Hana within a pharmaceutical environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing processes and deep expertise in SAP S/4Hana, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4 Hana manufacturing modules within a pharmaceutical setting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Provide expert advice on SAP best practices, particularly around production planning, shop floor control, and materials management.
Configure SAP S/4 Hana to meet the specific manufacturing needs of the pharmaceutical environment, including regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and system adoption.
Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to the SAP S/4 Hana manufacturing processes.
Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in SAP manufacturing modules, with at least 4-5 years in SAP S/4 Hana.
Proven experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
Strong expertise in SAP modules such as Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive project success.
