To fulfill this mission and to offer seamless processes for our customers, we have launched a Center-of-Excellence (CoE) that leverages Robotic Process Automation (RPA) among other technologies to streamline processes and eliminate manual, repetitive tasks for various internal SIXT departments.
Having already laid a strong foundation, we are now aiming on scaling our RPA initiative further to unlock its full potential and widen its scope across SIXT.
As an RPA Process Analyst (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our RPA practice and to push SIXT’s transformation into an automation- & efficiency-driven organization.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You work closely with various business functions, IT system experts, and the RPA CoE to analyze business processes with regards to automation opportunities.
You collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine automation requirements, define effective to-be processes and ensure alignment with RPA capabilities and organizational objectives.
Lead the design and definition of automation solutions while working closely with the RPA developers to ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient bots, that are seamlessly integrated into SIXT's end-to-end processes.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business units, driving RPA awareness and adoption.
Define & further improve CoE internal standards, methodologies, and procedures of the RPA development and delivery processes.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER You are a graduate in the field of business informatics, business, economics or a related field  You have 2+ years experience in analyzing processes, identifying automation potentials and defining to-be processes; preferably also in creating Solution Design Documents (SDD) for Robotic Process Automations (RPA) or similar automation solutions  You have a strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to challenge the status quo as well as assess and optimize workflows for automation opportunities.
You have a good understanding of RPA tools and automation technologies; knowledge of bot developments or programming languages (e.
., SQL, HTML, or Python) is an advantage but not mandatory.
