YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You support set-up and continuing development of retail segment revenue and profitability tracking and evaluation You own the channel cost tracking and evaluation process including both Online Marketing and Partner Commissions based on ROI steering You are responsible for setting up, refining & maintaining a tracking system for Offline Brand Marketing spend You support the weekly short-term revenue forecasting and steering process by helping to add insights and making suggestions to improve accuracy You deliver transparency of underlying drivers behind Retail Revenue and Profitability and make clear recommendations for measures to drive improvement where necessary You work closely with the B2C and B2P as well as Brand Marketing, (Online) Performance Marketing, Group Controlling, Financial Analytics & Reporting, Revenue Management, and other stakeholders YOUR SKILLS MATTER You have completed a university degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field of studies with above-average success You have several years of experience as controller for marketing, brand, online sales, or eCommerce You have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy conceptual tasks, and comprehensively understand and solve business inquiries You are results-oriented, flexible, and resilient, you have a service mentality, and you are assertive and experienced in the management of multiple interfaces You have, or are interested in developing, experience working with and querying complex databases directly using SQL or another query language You are fluent in English with German also a plus WHAT WE OFFER Generous Time Off Enjoy 28 days of vacation, an additional day off for your birthday, and 1 volunteer day per year Work-Life Balance & Flexibility Benefit from a hybrid working model, flexible working hours, and no dress code Great Employee Benefits Access discounts on SIXT rent, share, ride, and SIXT+, along with partner discounts Training & Development Participate in training programs designed for your personal growth and development Health & Well-being Private health insurance to support your well-being Additional Perks Enjoy the Coverflex advantage system to enhance your employee experience Additional Information About us.
