YOUR ROLE AT SIXT Take ownership of recruiting top talent for various non-tech roles across our teams, ensuring a smooth and high-quality process from start to finish.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, from finding the right channels to screening applications, conducting interviews, and handling offer negotiations.
Guide candidates through each step, building a strong rapport and acting as a trusted advisor for both candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with external recruitment partners (if necessary) to create a strong talent pipeline.
Track and use recruiting KPIs to continually refine and improve our hiring process.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER You have a completed degree and proven experience in recruitment roles.
You understand various roles and can easily distinguish between specialized skills and expertise areas.
You bring solid experience in stakeholder management.
Previous experience working with High Volume Recruitment would be a plus (E.
.
Customer).
You’re eager to develop further, enjoy working with a collaborative team of recruiters, and are excited to learn from specialists across various areas.
You are proactive and a strong communicator, enjoy working in an international environment and feel equally at home in English.
