Your role in our team.
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of new an innovative products and solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities.
Research, design, develop and costumize mechanical systems and components  that fulfill product/customer specification and applicable standards and regulations.
Identify solutions to improve and optimize products.
Maintain accurate records of design iterations and changes.
Promote and encourage the incorporation of new technological trends that make the operation of the area more complete, effective, efficient and profitable, ensuring and improving the service provided to customers.
Define, plan and execution of test plans.
Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.
Estimate cost and budgets for new designs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within larger projects.
Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods.
Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment, and safety.
Perform calculations of static, kinematic and dynamic nature, to assess the strength and characteristics of the mechanical assemblies that should integrate the solution to be developed.
Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation, including design specifications, reports, manuals, data sheet, documentation for the production, installation and the tests of releases of products.
Prepare specific documents within the scope of the project whenever necessary.
