Are you an experienced and meticulous Quality Engineer with a passion for ensuring the highest standards in software development? Join the team as a Senior Quality Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of a global portfolio.
Your New Role Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for software quality, performance and reliability Design, create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts based on complex product requirements Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects, ensure functionality and validate user experience, including exploratory testing Identify, document and track defects, working closely with development teams Mentor and support junior QA team members, fostering a culture of learning Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery Design and execute complex performance tests, analysing results and recommending improvements What You'll Need Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certifications (e.
., ISTQB) are highly desirable Extensive experience as a Quality Engineer or similar QA role, with deep understanding of software testing methodologies Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.
., Selenium, JUnit) and scripting languages (e.
., Python, JavaScript) Experience with performance testing tools is essential Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor junior team members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with the logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous Good knowledge of English At DACHSER, all people are welcome.
