Full Time Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development.
Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions.
Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.
Qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
- Having strong experience in CIBC ETM and processes - Experience in using BeyondCompare tool and scripting - Worked on Mainframe migration or modernization - Creating test plans and strategies - Leading a team of testers and be responsible for the quality of their work - Identifying and documenting defects - Tracking Quality Assurance metrics (e.

defect density, open defect count) - Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives - Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Experience with test management tools (e.
