Hybrid Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Python, Robot Framework, and mobile testing to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team.
As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts for web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality releases.
You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to maintain testing standards and ensure that applications meet business requirements and perform reliably.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications.
Experience.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
Languages.
Strong programming skills in Python, with solid understanding of object-oriented principles.
Automation Tools.
Proficiency in Robot Framework for test automation, including creating reusable test libraries, test cases, and managing test execution.
Mobile Testing.
Hands-on experience in mobile testing for Android and iOS platforms, using tools like Appium, Selendroid, or similar.
Test Automation Frameworks.
Strong experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
Experience integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or others.
Version Control Systems.
Good understanding of version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
Bug Tracking Tools.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar for defect tracking.
Testing Methodologies.
Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
Database Knowledge.
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL to validate data and backend functionality.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
