This includes strategy development and implementation, value creation initiatives, negotiations, Supplier Relationship Management, and Supplier Account Management. Our Procurement organization consists of approximately 600 dedicated employees worldwide, with around 120 employees located at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. You will join the RE/FM Category, responsible for Vestas's global procurement of Real Estate and Facility Management. You will report to the Senior Manager of Global Business Service Procurement, having an integral part in setting the direction for the area and ensuring that Vestas has the best agreements and solutions for our internal stakeholder Responsibilities Participate in strategy and roadmap development in the cross functional team Create and promote cost reduction initiatives within the category, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders globally and regionally Promote cross functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, as well as creating an effective category structure across all the relevant area. Responsible for global and region negotiations Ensure that Vestas gets maximum value and savings from supplier cooperations while actively developing world-class solutions for Vestas with our internal and external stakeholders Continue to build an environment with enthusiasm, speed, solid results, smiles, and fun Qualifications A theoretical background or work experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain Knowledge and experience in cross-functional collaboration (category management) Proven negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering expected savings and solutions, and a commitment to achieve results Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Fluent in English, both written and spoken Experience with SAP MM Module and Ariba is beneficial but not required Competencies Strong analytical skills with a natural motivation for detailed analysis Structured and fact-based approach to prioritize and implement strategies, with a personal commitment to find the best solutions for our global employees Good collaboration skills, valuing teamwork across the organization to achieve results Effective communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels of the organization.
