ROLE SUMMARY: Due to the constant growth of Inspired Education Group, we intend to recruit a School Project Specialist/Senior Project Manager to join our team. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Project Specialist to lead the successful delivery of world-class school projects from inception to completion. Reporting to the Regional CEO and Global Head of Projects, this role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in client representation and project management, particularly within the construction and education sectors. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest international standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept and planning to execution and handover, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent and proactive communication to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, school administrators, and regulatory bodies to drive project success. Budget & Resource Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions. Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet industry and client standards. Risk & Compliance: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records, generate regular progress reports, and keep stakeholders informed of key milestones and challenges. Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate teams of professionals and subcontractors across multiple regions, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management, preferably in construction and school development projects. Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field. Equivalent qualifications such as NVQ Level 6 in Project Management will be considered. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, ASTA, Primavera). Certifications: RICS, CIOB, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus. Leadership: Strong ability to manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement. Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of construction best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements. Why Join Us?
