SENIOR PROCESS ANALYST / SERVICENOW PLATFORM SPECIALIST

We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst with extensive experience in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the areas of security, audits, data privacy, and business continuity management.
The ideal candidate will be adept at driving process improvements, managing disaster recovery plans, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
What will you do? - Analyze, design, and optimize processes related to ServiceNow platform security, audits, and data privacy; - Lead efforts in business continuity management, disaster recovery, and backup planning; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementations; - Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations; - Participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, driving process improvements across the team.
What are we looking for? - 5+ years of experience in process analysis, with a focus on ServiceNow platform and security; - Extensive knowledge of business continuity management, disaster recovery, and data privacy; - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent certification; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
