Our Northwest Business Unit is seeking a Senior PMO Analyst to contribute on a high-impact payroll transformation for a large-scale implementation.

This position is located in our Sacramento, CA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
How you'll make an impact The Senior PMO Analyst coordinates all project onboarding, offboarding, and yearly training requirements for all project staff.
Duties include.
• Perform, coordinate, and communicate all project member onboarding and offboarding activities • Coordinate, track, and communicate completion of yearly contractual staff training • Maintain the project staff master list • Generate the monthly onboarding and offboarding report • Maintain the onboarding and offboarding materials and project staff welcome materials • Prepare reports and dashboards on resource availability, utilization and future demand • Act as a liaison between project teams and the PMO • Maintain a record of staff skills, certifications, and professional experience • Evaluate and enhance project resource management processes and tools Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
What you'll bring • Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of experience of project resource management and onboarding • Experience leading a team • Excellent facilitation, written and verbal skills • 3–5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a related role within a PMO or project environment • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with resource management software Desired Qualifications/Non-Essential Skills.
