Platform Architecture and Development.
- Architect and build a scalable enterprise platform to empower the Group employees to safely use GenAI.
- Ensure the platform provides clear APIs, high levels of self-service capabilities and security levels, various integrations and comprehensive documentation.
Infrastructure and Deployment.
- Design and manage platform infrastructure to ensure efficient platform operations.
- Implement and streamline infrastructure deployments using Terraform to support seamless development and delivery processes.
Deploy and manage applications.
- Collaboration and Support.
- Collaborate with team members and other squads to enhance governance controls, infrastructure, observability stacks.
- Foster a culture of self-service and empowerment among the engineering teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and ensure successful project execution.
Desired Qualifications.
Experience and Expertise.
- Solid experience in development of asynchronous services using FastAPI and orchestration of microservices (very large scalable web applications).
- Proven experience as a senior platform engineer or in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of the Cloud Native ecosystem (Azure or AWS) and GenAI technologies.
- Proficiency with backend development with Python - Experience with IaC to define and deploy infrastructure with Terraform - Understanding of OpenAPIs - Proven ability and commitment to producing reliable, well-documented code What can you expect from us? Mind-blowing workplace culture.
