SENIOR PHP DEVELOPER

Position Description.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer with fluency in French to join our development team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PHP development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on complex web applications.
Proficiency in French is required to collaborate with our international teams and clients effectively.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance PHP-based applications using modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases • Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) and optimize queries for performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to create high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs and web services.
• Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
• Communicate effectively in French with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 5+ years of experience in PHP development.
• Strong experience with Laravel, Symfony, or other modern PHP frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Proficiency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or GitLab).
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
