If this is what energizes you, Colgate-Palmolive is the place to be!   We are looking for a Senior Oral Care Consultant (OCC) who will be at the forefront of our mission to help deliver top-tier oral health products.
The Senior OCC will report into the Senior Marketing Manager Oral Care.
This position is threefold.
First, the Senior OCC will visit dental offices with the aim of building strong relationships with dental professionals, to drive recommendation and endorsement for our product portfolio.
Second, the Senior OCC spends a third of their time on team management, meaning the coordination of tasks of the OCC team (5 persons) from our office in Weesp as well as joint traveling with other OCC’s on their mission.
Ideally, the Senior OCC therefore lives about an hour's journey from Weesp.
Last but not least, the Senior OCC acts as a spokesperson for colleagues in the office, providing input when it comes to developments in the field and the resulting opportunities and possibilities.
In doing so, they’re  working closely with the internal scientific department (Scientific Affairs) and the professional marketing department.
What will you do?  Every day is different, but below is a sample of what to experience and expect to accomplish.
Achieve a set number of visits to dental offices with a focus on the province of Gelderland Maintain relationships, encourage endorsement of our product portfolio among dental professionals that translates into active recommendations for patients  Education of (future) dental professionals about specific oral care indications and the benefits of our product formulas for elmex, meridol and Colgate Duraphat                       Attend and provide support during conferences, symposia, regional meetings and other events where technical product information is also conveyed Maintain and update customer data in our CRM system in which visits, track key points of the conversation and any feedback about our products are summarized Enthusiastically engage dental practices and dental hygienist practices on our webshop where samples and other supporting material can be ordered   As people leader you will also take on the following coordinating tasks.
Join regular co-drives with the other OCCs where you provide feedback based on performance management tools Coach and support of the other OCCs in their professional and personal development Prepare and present management reports   WHOA, this is totally me! An optimist in action.
Dutch and English speaking.
Hands-on “can do” approach, with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
A proven track record of performance working in-field or field service experience with healthcare professionals.
Experience in dentistry or pharmacy is a clear plus ! Strong communicator (both verbal and written) and persuasive skills both in 1.
