Senior Optimization Engineer (m/f) – Remote What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or similar; • 7 years or more planning engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge about planning networks with proven practice experience.
• Mobility & Load Balancing strategy implementation • Expert level in Radio Access Networks 2G/3G/4G/5G NSA and SA.
• Experience on configuration, troubleshooting of planning technical problems.
• Knowledge/experience of Nokia equipment mandatory.
