As an Operational Excellence Senior Analyst, you will be integral to transforming and optimizing operational processes within the organization.
Your role involves supporting initiatives aimed at improving workflows, increasing efficiency, and aligning operations with business objectives.
You will contribute to defining what great looks like and then help getting there, promoting operational excellence as the means to achieve the best business results.
You will be joining a recently created Operational Excellence team, thus playing a key role in defining the future of this team.
Your Day to Day.
Operational Excellence Support.
Assist in developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
Support the implementation of solutions to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of process improvements and a seamless change management approach.
Organizational Improvement Assistance.
Contribute to cross-functional teams tasked with identifying opportunities for organizational improvement.
Support the execution of action plans aimed at addressing gaps and enhancing overall performance.
Participate in promoting a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and knowledge.
Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and provide feedback for adjustments.
You Have & You Know-how.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Broad knowledge of a company’s inner workings, from strategy definition to operational execution, preferably in the scope of a software company.
Understanding of operational frameworks, methodologies, and tools is a plus (e.
., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Interest in project management and the ability to contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and eagerness to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a focus on supporting business objectives.
Relevant certifications or coursework in areas such as process improvement and change management are advantageous.
