Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks to improve overall application efficiency.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements Understanding of how to apply microservice architectures successfully; Experience in using NoSQL databases ElasticSearch (preferred) Dynamo MongoDB Redis etc.
Exposure to eventdriven architectures and event streaming/messaging tools like Kafka (preferred) Pulsar RabbitMQ etc; Significant C#.
ET experience and expertise; Be able to identify opportunities for best practice improvements within the team and share knowledge on how to address them; Be able to tackle complex technical problems; Experience in working in an Agile environment; Proven record of mentoring and coaching more junior engineers; Experience of driving an improvement in best practices within the team.
