SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Position Description.
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Developer with a robust background in Java, Spring Boot, and modern development practices.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a strong ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development process, from concept to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead the development and deployment of applications using Docker and container orchestration.
• Implement and manage messaging frameworks, including Kafka, for real-time data processing.
• Utilize AWS services for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
• Develop and execute unit tests using Junit to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Create and maintain API documentation with Swagger.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 15+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with Docker and container orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka and messaging frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud computing.
• Proficiency in unit testing with Junit.
• Experience with Swagger for API documentation.
• Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications.
• Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
