The CGI Technical Services, Projects & Consulting team are seeking to recruit a dedicated EUC Senior Engineer to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
You will be responsible for implementing end user device solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
· Implementation.
Deploying end user device solutions, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and efficient.
· Requirement Gathering.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into actionable tasks.
· MECM/SCCM.
Managing and deploying devices using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
· InTune.
Implementing and managing mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) using Microsoft Intune.
· Autopilot.
Configuring and deploying Windows devices using Windows Autopilot.
· WVD.
Implementing Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) solutions.
· Application Packaging.
Packaging and deploying applications to end user devices.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
· Proven experience as an End User Device Engineer or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of MECM/SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, WVD, and application packaging.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
