With offices in the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, and Sweden, we are continuously expanding, along with our team.
Currently, we are recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design, planning, and execution of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure, including solar, green hydrogen and energy storage systems.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven history in engineering management, project leadership, and a deep understanding of renewable energy technologies.
Your efforts will be fundamental in advancing our mission to foster sustainable energy solutions and achieve operational excellence, while also mentoring a team of talented engineers and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the engineering team in the development of renewable energy projects.
Oversee project design, feasibility assessments, and regulatory compliance procedures.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
Develop strategic plans for project execution, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to manage engineering challenges effectively.
Ensure adherence to high-quality engineering standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Fluent in English.
(Portuguese, Spanish & French also valued) Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management within the renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar, green hydrogen, and battery storage systems.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions in a challenging environment.
