YOUR ROLE AT SIXT Develop and Enhance Data Science Solutions.
Design, implement, and maintain production-grade models and algorithms for online performance marketing, with a focus on lift studies, marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and causal machine learning techniques.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Partner with teams in data science, engineering, marketing, product management, and business operations to transition experimental models into scalable production environments.
Monitoring and Analysis.
Track and analyze model performance, visualize key metrics, and provide actionable insights on system behavior and its impact on marketing ROI and business KPIs.
Iterative Improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in advertising processes and propose data-driven, ML-powered solutions for optimization and automation.
Knowledge Sharing.
Effectively communicate results, methodologies, and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring all stakeholders understand the value and implications of your work.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER Foundational Experience in Data Science.
Strong background in data science and statistics or econometrics, with prior exposure to marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, causal inference, or advertising optimization methods.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.
., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and tools for large-scale data processing.
Expertise in statistical and causal inference techniques, including A/B testing, quasi-experimental designs, difference-in-differences, propensity score matching, instrumental variables, synthetic control methods, regression discontinuity, and double machine learning.
Production Mindset.
Experience collaborating with ML engineers to develop prototypes and deploy them in production environments, ensuring scalability, robustness, and adaptability to changing requirements.
Growth-Oriented.
Eager to learn new methods and tackle real-world problems in performance marketing.
