Responsibilities.
Leadership.
Take a leadership role in planning and executing complex projects within the cybersecurity domain, from the planning to implementation, ensuring the delivery of high quality solutions to customers and demonstrating a high level of strategic thinking and decision-making.
Lead and supervise risk assessments, security audits, implementation of security solutions, among others.
Client Management Excellence.
Exhibit leadership in managing client relationships, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional services.
Conduct workshops and training to train internal teams and clients on cybersecurity best practices.
Operational Oversight.
Oversee the operational aspects of diverse project teams, contributing to project delivery, team development, and client management for optimal project outcomes.
Stay informed about the latest trends, threats and technologies in the field of cybersecurity and provide specialized consultancy and technical guidance to teams of junior consultants.
Also, develop and implement cybersecurity strategies adapted to customer needs.
Requirements.
Educational Background.
Hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, technology, and/or information security.
Professional Experience.
- Accumulate 3 to 6 years of extensive experience in cybersecurity, showcasing expertise in domains such as Identity and Access Management, Security Monitoring, Security Incident Response, Information Security Strategy, Network Security, Structured and Unstructured Information Protection, Vulnerability Management, Secure Development, Compliance analysis, and/or support for implementing information security standards or regulations.
- Practical knowledge of security methodologies and frameworks (e.
.
ISO, NIST CSF, etc.) as well as associated regulations (e.
.
DORA, NIS2, etc.).
- Experience with Security Solutions (e.
.
SIEM, IAM, etc.).
- Relevant certifications (e.
., ISO, CompTIA Security+) will be valued.
Language Proficiency.
Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English.
Communication Excellence.
Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, vital for effective collaboration in a leadership role.
