YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You will manage all HR-related documents throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (e.
., employment contracts, certificates, reports and evaluations, employment references, contract amendments, etc.) You will ensure employee data is up-to-date and accurate Management of exits (confirmation letters) You will monitor and schedule employees medical check-ups You will support a variety of critical HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations YOUR SKILLS MATTER You hold a degree in human resources or a related qualification You have proven track record in HR Administration or Operations, ideally in dynamic, international environments You are responsive, meticulous, well-organized, and uphold confidentiality with the utmost care You possess strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and thrive in a team environment You are proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word You have very good English skills and proficiency in any other European language would be a plus.
